We were hugely lucky to have been able to employ Lorraine from Colliers RH when we acquired their letting division in 2003. Lorraine runs a large section of the landlord accounting system including all the overseas landlord work as well as dealing with the Inland Revenue and any tax issues for clients.

HARRY DIENAAR - Property Asset Manager Email Harry
Harry runs our Asset Management division, liaising with landlords, reporting on the condition of properties, and recommending improvements required that would benefit an improved rental in the future. Harry travels around London all day visiting homes, taking photos and writing reports. In his spare time, rugby, fine wines and fine BBQ's are often on his agenda.

Originally from South Africa, Alex worked and studied as a Pharmacist Assistant. Her current role is managing the properties in Corporate & Residential Development division. Prior to this Alex worked as an administrator in our Central London branch and also as a Property Manager which gave her a huge insight to the property industry, dealing with tenants, clients and the general day to day management of the properties in her remit. Her home languages are English, Afrikaans and basic Portuguese. Alex is currently studying towards the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management.

runs the "rents due in" system with extreme precision. Heinz represents our landlords in eviction cases in front of a judge and is thoroughly versed in all aspects relating to legalities surrounding overdue rents. He always tries

Luci looks after the largest development within in Corporate portfolio, Lantern's Court, located in London's premier financial district, Canary Wharf. The Corporate Portfolio is the most demanding and expectations from our high profile corporate tenants are always a priority, so with quick decision making and a professional outlook has played key to Luci's popularity and success within the corporate development team. Being fluent in Portuguese, Luci is able to discuss the day to day issues fluently with many of our Portuguese and South American investors.

Marc has been with us since 2002 and has witnessed at first hand the growth of the company over the last eight years. Prior to joining LIFE Residential, Marc worked as a full time inventory clerk in the property industry. Motorbikes and travelling are his passions and he also enjoys fishing (usually with the right fishing permits!) when he gets the opportunity.

Rana joined LIFE Residential in March 2008, having a degree in psychology, and had a wealth of experience in lettings negotiation & portfolio management. Rana quickly proved to be a very valuable member of the team and in 2009 joined the corporate development division as their Operations Manager. With more than five years' experience in property as Sales Administrator, Lettings Administrator and Tenancy Coordinator, Dolores was a wonderful addition to our Property Management team.
