From 1997-2001, Jason managed a large residential property portfolio in London. He then went on to complete his Masters Degree in business administration at Henley

PELIN AHMET - Senior Negotiator Email Pelin
Since 2006, Pelin has spearheaded the Letting of large scale new developments, and is currently working on the Kings Quarter, Islington and Westgate, Acton projects. Pelin has previously appeared on TV in various roles but is happy being settled in the "drama" of the Residential Property world. Pelin speaks fluent Turkish.

ILZE BARNES - Reception/Office Administrator Email Ilze
Prior to joining the team in October 2008 Ilze specialised in Organisational Development and therefore has an advanced understanding of her role. She quickly became the backbone of the Head Office Team. When you call us it is important that the response to you is quick, polite, and informative. As the first point of contact this role is really one of the most important to us as first impressions really do count. Ilze is originally from South Africa and is fluent in English, Afrikaans and Northern Sotho (African Language).

Serena worked for a contract furniture specialists in April 2001 as Home services manager and for a large transfer fee moved over to LIFE as operations manager for our Corporate Development department in July 2005. A change of roles to gain increased experience then took Serena over to our Docklands Branch then to St. George Wharf, Vauxhall as a Letting negotiator. Now currently working in our "Dream Team" as a property manager, expertly managing over 130 properties on her portfolio. They say variety is the spice of "LIFE".

Sheju joined LIFE Residential in September 2008 in the Excel Docklands Office. Her role is to ensure the office is at its highest standards dealing with all the administration, i.e. updating all the properties on our system. Now working with three busy male negotiators, we don’t think they would know what to do without her!

LORRAINE DENHAM - Accounts Manager Email Lorraine
We were hugely lucky to have been able to employ Lorraine from Colliers RH when we acquired their Letting Division in 2003. Lorraine runs a large section of the Landlord accounting system including all the overseas landlord work as well as dealing with the Inland Revenue and any tax issues for clients.

Harry runs our Property Improvement Division, liaising with Landlords, reporting on the condition of properties, and recommending improvements required that would benefit an improved rental in the future. Harry travels around London all day visiting homes, taking photos and writing reports. In his spare time, Rugby, Fine Wines and Fine Bar-B-Q's are often on his agenda.

He has a passion for the property industry and thrives on the satisfaction on helping applicants to find their ideal home. Prior to living in London , Alex lived in South Africa where she worked and studied as a Pharmacist Assistant. Her current role is as back up and support to the team in our St George Wharf office. Prior to this Alex worked in our "Dream Team", as Property Administrator which gave her a huge insight to the property industry, dealing with tenants, clients and the general day to day management of the properties in her remit. Her home languages are English, Afrikaans and basic Portuguese.

Heinz deals with most of the accounts related matters. On the tenant side he processes all incoming rentals. On the Landlord side he deals with Service Charges / Ground Rent, and all maintenance payments. He also runs the "rents due in" system with extreme precision. Heinz always tries to solve any problem arising from property management as long as they are account related. Heinz speaks fluent German.

He has been fortunate to experience all aspects of estate agency since starting in the business in 2001 which has in turn given him the confidence and knowledge to manage expectations, negotiate the best results for all parties involved, and progress transactions with ease and efficiency. Originally from Southern California Ian misses the good weather immensely!

Formerly of Hampton's International's Asset Management team, Sacha has over 15 years experience within the entire strata of the market place. Sacha joined Life in 2003 and having a background of Asset Management and Corporate Procurement, has brought a wealth of experience and pioneering spirit to the Life team. The Corporate Development team brings many significant and financial benefits to both our network of developers and Investors, which traditional agencies and our peers are unable to deliver.

Prior to coming to LIFE Marc worked as a full time inventory clerk in the property industry. Motorbikes and Travelling are his passions and he also enjoys fishing (usually with the right fishing permits!) when he gets the opportunity.
