Finding a suitable home is a top priority for anyone moving to a new country. We will discuss your hopes, fears and expectations and brief you on your destination city. We will also provide you with the appropriate 'Pre-arrival' guide. We analyse your needs, factor in school requirements and suggest suitable neighbourhoods. Then, using all the information we have accumulated, we will research to establish a shortlist of properties that match your budget and specification. We act unbiased and will independently check virtually all-available properties.

Having identified a shortlist from a choice of hundreds of properties, we will make appointments to inspect each one in turn. Viewing properties can be an exhausting exercise! Our standard Home Search programme includes 2 days accompanied viewing allowing you to not only view homes but familiarise yourself with the local area.

Once you have selected a property we will negotiate lease terms and prepare contracts with the landlord. You may find your company has a standard lease which landlords are obliged to use, if not we will advise on all related legal and lease issues. Once the lease has been signed, you will have to pay the landlord the agreed rent and deposit. Life Corporate Relocation will make sure that the administrative and financial arrangements are in place in order to move quickly once a property has been selected.

Your corporate account manager will pre-vet all the short listed apartments, once you meet with them for the final tour, all you are viewing is the very best that meets with your criteria. If you want to take the legwork out of finding a home, call our Corporate Services team, they will be happy to assist with all of your requirements, and furthermore, this service is free.

We take the strain out of the negotiations

We can arrange and negotiate either short or long-term leases for your stay, and of course negotiate the rental cost down to the best price where possible. Finally, once you have chosen your home, we act as contractual legal specialists. Should your apartment be sourced via another network partner, we negotiate preferable terms for you, highlight any areas of concern.
We assist with references and any additional requirements you may have for your new home. You will have one point of contact at all stages. For this service we charge a small administration fee which covers basic costs, it is more of  ‘add on service’ that we offer our clients.
